Huh? Saving Jill at the Expense of Johnny? Grrrr..makes me a Howling Wolf!
A very thought-provoking discussion took place in my office last week. Noting the success of the women's leadership group I started for those in engineering and operations in utilities, one of my co-workers came to me espousing that these efforts to promote women are doing so at the expense of men. He referenced the works of Christina Hoff-Sommers, who blames radical feminism for all sorts of educational, organizational ills, and the destruction of the traditional family.
